We are finding more and more people are not turning up for their appointments, this not only wastes our time but also stops other customers from being able to have that groom slot.
We understand that life sometimes gets in the way and we will always try and accommodate you, just call and let us know.
If an appointment is not cancelled with at least 24hrs notice a charge of £5 will be made before another appointment is made. This amount will be paid to dog rescue.
